Audibel office in Frankfort is very responsive to any need I may have with my hearing aids. Most recently the tech there restored the balance between the two aids by cleaning and changing simple parts. I’ll be back.

Wonderful experience. Mike explained each step thoroughly as he made a diagnosis. Then we discussed the best way to proceed for my particular hearing loss. I could not be more pleased. Very professional and caring. And Holly, the receptionist, was warm and welcoming.

They were very professional. It was obvious they had a lot of experience in what they offer. They take the time to explain in great detail the evaluation process and what they can do to remedy hearing loss. You are very upfront about the cost and the great service they offer.

I have been to a couple of other hearing aid businesses and quite frankly. I was very disappointed. I almost did not come to autobell, but my wife suggested I did and my experience was totally different and I enjoyed the whole situation. The guy was very professional was not pushy. Simply done, the test told me the results showed me what they could do and that was that he did not push me anything on me. I did not feel like I was at a uh. Time share trying to get someone to sell me something very good experience.I would recommend them to anybody great job audible I apologize for any misspelling in this review. I voice text because I cannot text any other way and I apologize. But hopefully you get the gist of what I'm saying be blessed

I went to Audibel Hearing Aid Center in Morehead, KY for the second time in 4 years and had my hearing tested. I was told I had moderate hearing loss in the bass tones, but John said it wasn't necessary to get hearing aids at this point in time. He said we would monitor the situation and come back in 2 years. He didn't pressure me to get hearing aids and the hearing test was free. I highly recommend Audibel Hearing Aid Center.

I have been seeing John Logan for ten plus years. John has always taken good care of me. He has also taken care of my mother and aunt. It's great to have someone like John that you can depend on.

The Morehead office is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been going there for 8 years and have never had anything but good service. Price is right also. I checked numerous places before Audibel and they had the best prices.

I had a thorough hearing test. After the test, Dr. Logan spent a considerable amount of time explaining the results of the test and my options for hearing aids. I received my hearing aids in less than two weeks. Dr. Logan made sure that they were tuned in to my optimal level. I have had two follow-up appointments to ensure that the hearing aids are still meeting my needs. I would highly recommend Audibel. The hearing aids are great and Dr. Logan and his staff are very friendly and professional.

Received a free hearing test through Audible’s online advertisement. I found it extremely convenient to have one of their testing centers near me. I was greeted with such kindness when I walked in and did not have to wait beyond completing my paperwork (1page). John Logan immediately introduced himself after walking another patient to their car, removing any sense of uncomfortableness I had about the testing process. He is professional and thorough with the testing. I enjoyed the friendly conversation and his willingness to explain the testing on printed material to me afterwards. He explained to me that I show signs of early hearing loss but nothing we need to address nor be to concerned about at this time then set me up with a future follow-up appointment. If I could give more than a 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 review, I definitely would!!! There are many hearing test centers but the Audible Hearing Aid Center, Richmond KY is the best choice, in my opinion! Clean facility, top notch equipment and excellent customer service. Thank you Dr. Logan and staff for an exceptional experience. I’ll see 👀 you soon.

Audibell in Somerset has been an AWESOME experience for me. I started with a hearing check about 4 years ago and realized I needed to do something because I couldn't understand conversations or listen to the TV. After testing, John recommended types of aids that would be best for me. In addition, they have continued to service my hearing aids and/or adjust as needed. John and Barbara are wonderful!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Love this place. My daughter found them when she nededed new hearing aids and she was so happy with the whole experience that I had to go to them when I needed new hearing aids. Barbara and John are phenomenal, they make the experience so easy.

I'm posting for my husband! Barbara met us at the door with a beautiful smile on her face and made us feel very welcome. Filled out the forms and Dr John Logan met us and took us to the exam room to have Reeds hearing test. He was a wonder to watch as he gave Reed his hearing test. Showed Reed what he'd been missing in his hearing.Fitted him for hearing aides that should be ready in about 3 weeks. Can't wait for the results!!!

Wonderful experience! Barbara greeted me and welcomed me to their very beautiful office. I didn't wait a full minute for my appointment to begin. After a short, but comprehensive form was done, Dr. John Logan appeared, all smiles, and, after a brief, but lovely, "get to know you" interview, began the exam and state-of-the-art testing. It was easy...almost fun, actually. And, after finding some very minor nerve damage and slight hearing loss in one ear, Dr. Logan announced I might, one day, want to explore hearing aids, but said I don't need one yet...and that he'd like to follow up in TWO YEARS! I'm 69, so that was great news! The whole exam was great, and, after advising me to have my ears flushed out (free, at Kroger "Little Clinic" ) I feel like a new old lady!😂. Thank you, Dr. Logan, and Barbara...I'll be back! 💕
