I was referred to Audibel per a brochure i received from the phone Co Pioneers. Had a very pleasant experience. Glenna front desk receptionist very nice to talk to explained things well even when she first contacted me by phone. Dr. Jackie that did the evaluation hearing/ bone test is very nice & explained everything before, during & after testing. Thank goodness i only had a little hearing loss but not enough i felt like for a hearing aid. But we agreed together to fo check up next yr. & i sure will do that as I think is very important just like getting your eyes checked. Thanks again to the staff for a pleasant experience. I have always had a great experience with Audibel but Brenda in the Frankfort office takes it to another level. Her knowledge, friendliness and personality are amazing and she goes out of her way to accommodate you. 👍🏻

This is a fantasic provider with a wonderful staff!! I cannot say enough kind words about how nice, caring, and attentive the staff are. Any issues or concerns I have are treated with a sense of urgency, respect, and compassion. I love this group and honestly started coming here as it was close to my home. I couldn't have predicted how great a fit it would be for me!!
I don't think I've ever did business with a company that cared about their customers more than Audibel. From helping me through the process of matching me with the product best for my hearing loss condition, to the follow up to make sure I was completely satisfied to the ongoing service and maintenance of their product. They could not be more professional. And last but not least, in my opinion, their products are superior in quality and value over their competitors.

Great place if u are needing hearing aids, service ie great very good with ur examination and fitting of ur hearing aids they really care about u and getting u what u need

I am pleased and happy to say. I have had an excellent experience. I have tried for years to get my husband to be seen, so when John Logan took the time and extra effort made my husband feel that he really cares.

John and his receptionist were both very friendly. The hearing test was completely free. Even though I some slight heating loss he said there was no need for a hearing aid at this time. I just have to follow up in a couple of years. He also said when I did need them he would work within my budget.

I was completely satisfied with Audible Hearing Aid Center. The office was clean and the Secretary/Receptionist was was very helpful,, friendly and professional. The Dr., the experiences I've had with places like this, are not very friendly or caring. But this Dr. On the other hand was just the opposite. He looked like your next door neighbor and was very caring, helpful and professional. He explained the extent of my hearing loss and seemed kind of upset that it had been so long that my hearing had been tested and that my hearing was so bad. That in itself was a welcome change in this world today. He also made sure my hearing aids were ordered BEFORE I left the office. Thank you both from this old lady that could barely walk. I really appreciated your help and concern. Thanks Again.
I've had doctors check my ear. But I never got to see what they saw, until I went to and saw Dr. Hill. I was very pleased with learning about my person problem. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed through. The whole check up.
Took my Dad 2 mos. ago for new hearing aids. He just turned 95 and the VA hearing aids just weren’t doing the trick. I liked Dr. Hill and his expertise with Dad and the hearing aids were such a help. Unfortunately Dad not enjoyed them 2 mos.. he passed away last week. I stopped by Audibel to ask tell Dr. Hill about Dad. The first thing he asked was “Do you have an appointment?” He didn’t remember Dad although he’d been to him numerous times within the last 2 mos.. Maybe Dr. Hill was having a bad day but he came across to me as unsympathetic and wasn’t the same person that treated Dad with care. My family nor I won’t bother him anymore. Just added a photo of my sweet Dad for Dr. Hill’s reference
I always have a great experience at Audibel Hearing Center. I also try to go in with a good attitude myself. Our mood/attitude can also affect theirs! I do know I sure do appreciate them!
