Our experience was excellent. We got excellent service. John never got in a hurry about anything but wanted to be sure my husband knew ex tacky how to work the new hearing aides. He was patient and kind and worked hard to program the hearing aides to benefit my husband’s hearing loss. He made sure he knew how to charge and set them. He explained the setting many times and gave him experience in using them. We definitely are satisfied with our service and the hearing aid device. And I would also like to add this is my husbands second pair and the service was as great 9 years ago. John has a passion to gift those with hearing loss the gift of hearing again.

Met John Logan, for a hearing test for my son and myself. He checked inside our ears and did the hearing test. Both of us had good hearing. John is a super nice guy, he made the testing fun and it was absolutely free. Got to say, much better than going to a dentist! .. If there is any chance you feel you may have a hearing issue, I would highly recommend seeing John. It took under 30 minutes to have our testing done and was an enjoyable experience.

After 10 years and two sets of hearing aids later, I took a gamble and stopped by the Richmond Audibel Hearing Aid Center. I was greeted by Ms. Reba. Super friendly and handled the front office with ease. Shortly I met John. When I finished the testing John assured me that he had the product I needed to hear significantly better. He was right! These are the best hearing aids I have ever had. Follow-up has been superb. John is very knowledgeable. All in all a great experience!

Dr John Logan is very personable and very knowledgeable. I had a mild hearing loss, and he said I wasn’t quite ready for hearing aids. Most doctors would have wanted me to purchase them right now, but Dr Logan believes in helping his patients more than the mighty dollar. The office was clean and the staff very friendly.

Audible Hearing Aid Center Somerset is a very pleasant place to go. John and Barbara are very nice people. No pressure at all. John was honest with me and said yes I have some hearing loss but it is not bad enough for hearing aids. He said he would not recommend hearing aids yet. I appreciate his honesty. I will go back if things get worse. I highly recommend their service.
